If you want to have your home goods show at the beginning of the summer, here’s where you can expect to see it.
The Austin home goods market is expected to reach $3.5 billion by the end of 2018, up from about $2.5bn a year ago, according to a new report from Home Retailers.
That figure is a whopping increase from 2016, when the market was around $2 billion a year.
The number of home goods orders in 2018 is expected rise more than 40% from 2017, to about 8,000,000 homes, according the report from HRE Analytics.
Home goods orders were up 12.4% from 2016 to reach 2.8 billion by 2020, and they will likely be up 10.7% from 2021 to 2024, according HRE.
There’s also a lot more expected for 2019 and 2020, according BMO Capital Markets: A total of $3 billion in new home goods deliveries will be generated in 2019.
Home shopping is expected increase 7.6% from 2020 to 2024 to $3,631 billion, the report shows.
That will be up 9.4%.
